Whale is asking you to enter into each Whale Attunement with the same degree of presence and honoring you would feel if you were meeting them physically. This is a sacred experience. 

In the days leading up to each Whale Attunement, create some time to consciously connect with Whale. You can do this through meditation, listening to whale sounds/music, and watching videos of whales on YouTube. Be creative and intuitive. Open your body, mind, heart, and soul to these magnificent beings, and give permission for your frequencies to be adjusted to prepare you to optimally receive your upcoming Whale Attunement.

As best you can, treat Whale Attunement day as a personal retreat day. Nourish and nurture yourself with loving awareness in the hours leading up to your Whale Attunement.

It’s optimal if you can clear your schedule for the hours following our attunement call. Imagine traveling somewhere in the world to be with whales physically. When you emerge from the physical encounter, your field is SO open, expanded, and saturated with Whale frequencies, you need open time to integrate the massive frequencies you took in. The same is true of receiving the Whale Attunements. 

Whale also recommends that you refrain from consuming alcohol or recreational drugs for three days before and three days after each Whale Attunement.

We’ll gather as a pod via Zoom.
There’s a unique Zoom link for each attunement that will be included in your reminder emails leading up to the call.
You’ll receive 3 email reminders with a link to the Zoom call – 3 days before attunement day, 1 hour before the scheduled call, and finally at the call start time.

You have the option of connecting via computer or calling in by phone.
Allow 2 hours for this call, and at least 1 hour for receiving and integration time afterwards.

It’s a great idea to have a bottle (a gallon?) of purified water nearby to be charged with the Whale Attunement frequencies.
Drink small amounts of this water daily to support your attunement integration.
For example, drink 2 ounces first thing in the morning and once more before going to bed at night.
As your water supply runs low, fill with purified water and intend that the new water take on the frequencies of the attunement water.

During the Whale Attunement video call, we will …

• Begin with a meditation to create sacred space and unity-community.
• Witness and receive each podmate individually so that you are seen, heard, and received by the pod with love and respect.
• Some attunement calls will include a Whale-inspired teaching or process to deepen our understanding and connection with Whale.
• Watch a whale video to experience their presence in their natural environment.
• Finally, Linda will lead us all into the Whale Attunement with a guided meditation.

Whale has informed us that we will be in a continual stream of Whale Consciousness frequency for up to 12 hours.

We highly recommend keeping your schedule clear for at least several hours following our Zoom gathering.

If you have a scheduling conflict and are unable to attend the live call, you have the option of receiving the Whale Attunement within the 12-hour window following the attunement transmission time. 

There is a lesson in mypod that gives time-shifting instructions. 

You will have access to the call recording to watch when the time is right for you, if you choose to. 

There will be one Whale Pod Unity-Community call between attunements. Recordings will be available if you’re unable to join us live.
